What we’re looking for…
OEC Group is currently looking for candidates with experience in the freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain and/or shipping field.
We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive customer service attitude and knowledge of the industry (experience with ocean/air imports is a plus).
The Customer Account Manager is responsible for providing support to their assigned accounts, resolving account issues and acting as a liaison between the Sales and Operations department.
What we can offer you:
OEC Group provides a specialized training program for new hires in our Operations department. You will receive training on the daily operations of your position to understand the Freight Forwarding industry. While training, you’ll work one on one with your Supervisor or Manager, while also shadowing senior members of your department.
