What you’ll be doing:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The Traffic Coordinator is primarily responsible for containers/shipments tracking, tracing, and updating shipments while developing and maintaining good relationships with carriers, truckers, customers and warehouses, etc.
Schedule truckers to pick up or deliver ocean containers to customer in a timely manner.
Communicates with vendors for payment disputes and service requirements.
Communicates with internal office (includes internal department, branch offices and oversea offices) for container delivery status.
Ability to handle issues such as re-scheduling of delivery status, terminal congestions, receiving and resolving warehouse unloading issues.
Handles data entry and documentation.
Manages daily tracing reports.
Who you are:
You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience.
Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role.
You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Your strengths are prioritizing and being capable of working in a fast-paced environment, you have a good sense of urgency and remain paying attention to details.
Intermediate/Advanced English level.
Work Schedule
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Local Time, Monday through Friday
